Important Steps to Take After Requesting Your Booking Online:

You'll receive an email with a link to a health profile form.

Please fill out this form immediately; our nurses will not proceed to the appointment without it. Check your spam folder if needed.

You can complete the form online or with us by phone.

We may schedule a brief call or video session if necessary after reviewing your information.

Once you have been medically cleared, you will receive an email confirming your appointment.
2. On The Day of Your Appointment:

You'll receive a reminder email shortly before your session. Any unexpected delays will be promptly communicated.

Upon arrival, the nurse will introduce themselves and set up the IV preparation area.

The nurse will verify your identity with an ID card, discuss your IV package and answer any questions.

The nurse will then proceed with the IV infusion process.
3. The IV Infusion Process:

Our nurses will guide you through each step, ensuring you feel safe and informed about the fluids, micronutrients and microvitamins being administered.

The IV infusion is carefully prepared, and IV access is established.

Pushable products are administered first, at a slow rate, then flow rate is increased.

The process typically takes 45-60 minutes, but may take longer depending on the individual.

Our nurse will remain with you throughout the entire infusion to ensure your comfort and safety.

Once the infusion is complete, the IV is carefully removed and the site is appropriately wrapped.
